Too hot are the humors

Then jasper
Should he eat
& some littlefern
In place or as part
Of other hearts

          Should he also
          Take his eyes
          & purify them

                                 Often?

With leaves (fern)
With water (frequently)
& cook them in (fern)

Or anything with lightning
