Clandestine bee, half
a city from
now, blossoms the sun stands
to gain we stood in our new suits
the bees in the cherrywood we ran
past the river to the river
if we could remember how they built windows
before rain if
we could reach to tremble
the honey from
its offices
a sentence away to her garden
if running we ran only
farther than its sound
